Spectrum
All of the pieces in our Spectrum Collection are one-of-a-kind due to the specialist and time consuming skill it takes to make a single piece. Alloying fine gold with other metals to specific quantities allows the final result to form bars of metal that subtly change colour either from green to red gold or white to red gold.
Process
Each alloy is made in small quantities by melting the metals to form small balls or ingots, which are rolled and drawn out into wire. This library demonstrates the gold once it has been alloyed and is in its ingot form.
